Lars Hilles gate 30, located in the heart of Bergen, is perhaps better known as Media City Bergen. It is the first of its kind in the Nordic region. The vision behind is to create a world-class environment for innovation and knowledge development within the media field by connecting various media, technology, educational and research environments together in a business cluster.
After its completion in 2017, this signal building, which is also the city's tallest, is expected to host a world class environment for 1,200 employees and students within media across 45,000 square meters. Some of the largest tenant include TV channels NRK and TV2, graphics company Vizrt, the media company Bergens Tidende and the University of Bergen.
The property is conveniently located in the Nygårdstangen area with short walking distance to buses in all directions (including the airport bus), light rail and the train station.
